I believe that motherhood is an amazing gift.

We shouldn't have to feel like we are "paying the price" for that gift - for the rest of our lives -  in our bladder insecurity, our low back pain, and sometimes even in our feeling of "our organs falling out" (yep, some women feel that way!)

Your body is amazingly adaptable and will do what we tell it, given the right information, in the right sequence.

After my son was born, I wanted to be able to run, jump, laugh, and feel strong enough to play with him, and I want to help you to feel that way, too! 

You can relax knowing that when we work together, you don’t have to feel embarrassed discussing these (not so fun) postpartum conditions…I’ve experienced them too!

I’ve used these exercises and tools (that I’ll teach you) to get my body and life back…and you can too.

When I began my personal training career, I had already had a very embarrassing incontinence experience mid-5k race. As I learned more through my healing journey, I realized that just as athletes have sport-specific trainers, moms can benefit most from someone trained for postpartum issues.

After acquiring my personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT) and two mom-specific certificates (Postpartum Corrective Exercises Specialist - Core Exercise Solutions and Holistic Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist - Fit for Birth) I now know there is relief for the painful and uncomfortable conditions that result from pregnancy.
