8 Weeks to a Stronger You
This at-home postpartum exercise program has been designed for moms that want to learn how to perform pelvic floor exercises properly, to do diastasis recti exercises safely, build a super strong core, and finally gain control of their bladder. All at their own pace and convenience.
I’ve taken all the foundational exercises I teach in my in-person coaching program and put them into an easy-to-follow, 8-week postpartum core and pelvic floor program and eBook that will guide you step-by-step to get active, exercise, reduce stress and gain confidence.
By targeting those deep, stabilizing muscles, you’ll build a solid base of strength to progress to your other fitness goals (and stop those embarrassing bladder leaks.)
I’ve created this program with busy moms like you (and me) in mind
each low-impact video is:
- 20 minutes or less (done 2-3 times per week)
- Needs NO special equipment
-Is gentle enough that anyone can do the exercises (as long as you’ve been given the OK from your doctor)
- Can be done at any time of day (even with toddlers and puppy dogs near you)
- 8-weeks of corrective exercise videos, PLUS 8 bonus videos for glute and core strength exercises, helpful tips and so much more ($300 VALUE!)
Please consult your doctor and get clearance to exercise before you begin this or any exercise program.
More Than A Kegel
During your 8-week series, you’ll be learning what we call Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT) and how to integrate this into your workouts. These specific PFMT exercises connect the whole body - breathing, posture, core, and pelvic floor muscles.
We’ll also explore some of the most common physical postpartum conditions that women face (including stress) and the effects they have on our bodies. Whether you are looking to rehab a diastasis recti, learn pelvic floor exercises (check out the bonus videos for how to do Kegels) or strengthen your core. We will address it in this program.
Each week, you’ll be gently led through simple yet highly effective breathing, strength, and mobility exercises that build awareness, strength and control in your core and pelvic floor.
-
During this first week, you’ll read through the Ebook and learn (and practice) simple exercises for proper breathing and posture. This can not only help lower stress, but will also help with bladder control and support you in everything you do going forward.
-
This week, our focus is on awareness and strengthening of our core muscles, proper alignment of hips and ribs, and breathing.
-
Here we build on week 2 and focus on engaging our lower abs through a series of targeted exercises.
-
As you begin to feel stronger and more stable in your core, this week we’ll add more challenging core and stabilizing exercises.
-
By now, you’ll feel more confident and ready for more of a challenge! This week we will take things up a notch!
-
This week, you’ll continue your journey with exercises specifically for hip and rib mobility. We will work even more on getting these aligned and the power of breathing to strengthen the core.
-
This week is a bit more challenging with full body muscle activating exercises. This is when it really starts to come together and you can put your new strength to the test!
-
You made it! This week we combine it all, from the ground, up. You are standing and exercising with control and feeling strong. You are ready to conquer whatever that next goal is!
-
You’ll also receive 8 additional BONUS videos, including Breathing and Posture instruction, 2 bonus Core exercise videos, Glute strengthening, Daily Stretching, and extra tips videos (Hint: How to do a proper Kegel!)
