Postpartum Core Class (with kiddo)

This class is ideal for new moms seeking a supportive environment to address common postpartum challenges like diastasis recti, weakened core, and pelvic floor issues such as leakage. Our specially designed workouts focus on rebuilding core strength and promoting better coordination between muscle groups—all key to healing and regaining your strength after childbirth.

*You are welcome to bring your little one (under 5) along, though please note that no childcare is provided. Our space allows you to keep your child close to you while working out.

Core Strength Class (no Kiddos)

This targeted workout is designed for the mom that is looking to address lingering postpartum issues—even years after giving birth. Whether you're managing core weakness, abdominal separation, or other postpartum challenges, this class is specifically tailored to help you rebuild strength, improve muscle coordination, and restore confidence in your body.

*Please note, this class is for moms only, and we kindly ask that no children be brought to this session.
